Mediation without litigation

The National Freedom of Information Coalition has released Mediation without Litigation, a roadmap for how FOIA requestors and FOIAd agencies can achieve open records solutions without attorneys.

Still, as the North Carolina News & Observer notes, sometimes you need an attorney. And a state law that allows successful litigants to be fully reimbursed for their legal fees.
