Blogger intimidation with a FOIA twist

April 3, 2008 · 3 Comments

New Hampshire blogger Kathleen Seidel has been subpoenaed in by a plaintiff’s attorney in an autism vaccine case. Walter Olson at Overlawyered describes the subpoena as “astonishly broad and sweeping”.

While deploring the subpoena, I’m intriqued to see that one part of it requires Seidel to turn over records pertaining to any “Freedom of Information Act” requests she might have made or know about.
