Polly Ross Hughes chronicles the fate of right-to-know legislation in the just-ended session of the Texas legislature.

Among the trend limiting access were bills that seal the identities of concealed handgun owners, limit disclosure of home addresses for attorneys and judges, increase charges for records requests and restrict contents of search warrant affidavits.
