Did the records ever get turned over?

Bad Cop News is covering a story about de-certification of a police officer for failing to provide requested documents under an open records request:

Knox County Chancellor Daryl Fansler convicted Hutchison of six counts of criminal contempt for refusing to turn over all available documents in an Open Records Act request. Fansler opined that Hutchison intentionally lied.

The request came in a case filed against Hutchison by Moncier on behalf of former County Commissioner Wanda Moody, challenging the sheriff’s use of money seized from drug dealers for construction projects.
