How Chad Nodland is celebrating Sunshine Week

STOTW Chad Nodland got another attorney general’s opinion today:

Another AG opinion.

Click here for a copy of the opinion.

The AG’s office has (once again) upheld Mr. Nodland’s view that the Workforce Safety and Insurance agency improperly denied requests from Mr. Nodland.

I have a friend who used to say, “That and a buck will get you a ride on the New York City subway.” By this he meant that whatever idea I had spouted off about had minimal value.

In North Dakota, it seems, AG’s opinions plus a buck will get you a ride on the New York City subway. Mr. Nodland is collecting a large stack of these opinions showing that his requests were improperly denied. But, yet, there is no accountability and no consequences to anyone for WSI’s stonewalling.

  1. I know the feeling. I have 2 letters form the AG here in Illinois on FOIA costs. One school district did change their policy, but the other did not and there was nothing I could do about it. I should send more requests to the AG, but it is a waste of time.
