King County files request for rehearing in “Yousoufian”
On what appear to be very slim grounds, King County, Washington has asked for a re-hearing in the case of Yousoufian v. Ron Sims.
The request for a re-hearing is directed at state supreme court justice Richard Sanders.
For those of you with short memories, it was Justice Richard Sanders who stood up at a Federalist Society meeting in DC last November and called out “Tyrant” when Michael Mukasey was at the podium.
King County asks the Supreme Court to vacate Yousoufian ruling.
